Auto Insurance Plus served the diverse Bronx community but marketed only in English. A huge segment of their potential market — Spanish and Chinese-speaking drivers — was unreachable. Their website was a single English page with a phone number. Competitors like GEICO and Progressive dominated online with massive ad budgets, and local agencies with multilingual capabilities were also growing.

Strategy

We built a multilingual marketing system targeting the three main language communities in the Bronx. Google Ads were run in English, Spanish, and Chinese to capture searches in each language. The website was rebuilt with three language versions, each culturally adapted, not just translated. Local SEO was optimized for multilingual searches.
