Bright Smile Dental was a newer practice in Queens competing against established dental offices with years of reviews and SEO authority. Their Google Business Profile had only 12 reviews, and they were invisible in the local map pack. Patient acquisition costs through traditional advertising were unsustainably high.

We launched an aggressive local SEO and review generation strategy to rapidly build their Google Business Profile authority. Google Ads were deployed with location-specific targeting to appear in the map pack for key dental searches. A new website was built with online booking integration and insurance verification tools to reduce friction in the patient journey.

Implemented an automated review request system that sent texts after appointments. Optimized Google Business Profile with photos, service lists, and weekly posts. Built a conversion-optimized website with online scheduling. Launched Google Ads targeting emergency dental, cosmetic dentistry, and general dentistry keywords. Created neighborhood-specific pages for Elmhurst, Jackson Heights, and Woodside.
